Hello! After over 40 years in practice, Drs. Alan and Kathy are now semi retired. We are moving into the next phase of our lives and opening a quilting retreat center in the office building. This has been Dr. Kathy’s dream for many years, and we are finally making it a reality. We feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to take care of so many people in this community over the years. We would like to continue offering our services to our patients and the community so we will continue to have office hours but much more simplified.

The office will still be open in the current location but there will be no staff and a much more low-key setting…. one adjusting room. We will be working one day a week each. Dr. Kathy on Mondays and Dr. Alan on Wednesdays. Because there will be no office staff, we will be doing online bookings.

To access the booking website, we will need your email address. If we don’t already have it, or if you’re not sure if we have it, please send it to beesonchiro2@gmail.com. When you receive the verification that your email is in the system, you can then go to the online booking site to schedule an appointment. The address for the booking site is https://beesonchiro.janeapp.com. If you have any problems with this process, please contact us by email or telephone and we will help. Patients that don’t have email or internet access, can call the office number and we will schedule an appointment for them.

We will be a cash only practice (cash, check or credit card). Our regular fee will be $35.00 a visit. $20.00 for children ages 6 – 18 and free to children 0-5 as long as a parent is also getting adjusted.

We are required by law to bill Medicare when we see a patient that qualifies for Medicare benefits. So, we will no longer be seeing regular Medicare patients. We are, however, not required to bill them if the patient is only coming in on a maintenance basis. So, we can only see Medicare patients if they are considered to be on maintenance. The fee will be paid by the patient with cash, check or credit card and will be the regular fee with no discounts.

We will no longer be able to see VA patients that come to us through the VA system as we will have no billing staff. They are still welcome to come in but not in connection to the VA.
